Shipping policy
At USPalletLiquidation.com, we ship from three warehouses located across the United States. This allows us to get your pallets to you as fast and affordably as possible. Orders typically ship within two business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
We currently ship to all 50 US states. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your pallet and your delivery address. For customers in Alaska and Hawaii, additional shipping fees may apply. Please contact us before placing your order for a custom shipping quote if you live outside the lower 48 states.
International shipping is available to select countries. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier issues outside the United States.
All pallets are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or freight carriers depending on the size and weight of your order. Small pallets ship standard ground. Large or multiple pallet orders may require freight shipping with liftgate delivery. In those cases, you will be contacted to schedule a delivery window.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after tracking shows delivery. If your pallet arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. Refunds or replacements for damaged goods are handled on a case-by-case basis and depend on the carrier’s investigation.
